Danny is a Certified Financial Planner who for the past 18 years has owned and managed a financial planning franchise through Ameriprise Financial. He is married to Monica Blevins and has a beautiful step-daughter, Victoria Brown. Danny has served The Road Adventure in various capacities over the past 11 years and is currently President of the Board of Trustees and Senior Director of Parts 1 and 2 of the program.
From Danny...."My passion is serving and having an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, whether that is through my business,through The Road Adventure or through other areas of service in my church and community. I am tremendously blessed to be able to lead an organization like The Road Adventure where I get a front row seat as I experience lives, families and even generations being changed forever." |

Rob Skiba II is an award-winning documentary film maker, entrepreneur, published author, artist, public speaker, trainer, teacher, Army veteran, former missionary and active member of three charitable organizations serving on several Boards of Directors. A graduate of the Hollywood Film Institute, his life-long dream has been to produce powerful television and motion picture productions. He is currently in production on a television talk show and has numerous projects in various stages of development. He is happily married, has a teenaged son and lives in The Colony, TX.
From Rob... "God used The Road to literally save my life back in 2002. I was going through a very difficult time when my uncle sponsored me through the program. It helped me so much that I knew I had to become a part of it - to give to others what I had been given. I became a Trainer in 2003 and a Director in Parts 3 and 4 in 2005. I became a member of the Board in 2007 and was elected Vice President in 2010. It has been an incredible honor and privelege to serve in this amazing organization." |

Scott has an extensive background in retail, service and corporate business, and has served in numerous and varied volunteer positions. In addition to his Road Adventure involvement, Scott serves as a Taxation Specialist in the corporate relocation industry.
From Scott... “The Road Adventure, for me, was an experience in taking my life to a new level of confidence and purpose. The tools I learned in this series of weekends have now become skills that I utilize…in some form or fashion…every day. And, they are applicable to every area of my life, whether it is in my marriage, my career, friendships, extended family or volunteer work. I am more confident in any situation, and I no longer make decisions or choices based on fear of what others might think. I found my real voice. I can now live life based on the solid truths that I know about me, my strengths and my challenges. A joy and peace filled day has become an expectation…not a surprise!” |

Monica has been a Purchasing Manager for a bar-coding company for 9 years. She is the wife of Danny Blevins and the mother of an 8 yr old daughter, Victoria. She has filled many roles at The Road Adventure, from Event Coordinator to Secretary of the Board of Trustees and Lead Director of Part III.
From Monica... "The Road has led me to an abundant life of true joy, peace and love. It’s taken me from the grief of all the losses in my life, including a child and brought me to a place of joy, forgiveness and purpose. I’m now living the life I was created to live and am blessed to be apart of a life changing seminar where I see miracles occur before my eyes." |

Bill Hughes was born in Cameron, TX. A graduate of C.H. Yoe High school, Bill attended Baylor University, with a degree from Baylor's Hankamer school of business in 1985. He spent 14 years in the commercial insurance and employee benefits at Gordon Riley Insurance. He Incorporated BWH Management, Inc, in 1987, and is President of BWH Management. BWH Management provides Human Resource and Employee benefit consulting to employers, and benefit enrollment solutions for benefit brokers. Bill is a member of Antioch Community Church in Waco, TX. He is involved in mission work, church planting, and prison ministry. Bill is married to Tammy Hughes. They have 4 grown children, and reside in the Waco area. From Bill... "I found a lot of healing at The Road after divorce, and a heart of compassion for hurting people. The Road helped me to zero in on God's purpose for my life. My desire is to help others find that as well." |

Carol is now retired. Previously she worked in a family-owned business for more than twenty five years working in sales, accounting and customer relations. Her husband, George and she will be celebrating their 46th anniversary this year. They have four children and eight grandchildren. Carol has served at The Road as a trainer in Parts 1, 2 and 3 since the April 2004 seminars.
From Carol..."I am blessed to serve in an organization committed to changing the world by changing individual lives one by one. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to serve in more than one capacity. In a world of broken promises, The Road is unique and exceptional. It is more than an organization. The Road is a community united to promote a program that delivers what it promises, help, hope and healing. |

Joe Covarrubias, aka Pastor Joe, is an ordained minister whose background includes more than 10 years of ministry in multiple capacities. Pastor Joe has served the Lord alongside his wife, Laura, in the offices of Single¹s Pastor, Children¹s Minister, Family Life Pastor, Life Group (home team) leader and co-founder of the Harvest Thunder Motorcycle Ministry and, most recently, founding Pastor of Twin Rivers Life Church. In addition, he holds a full-time position as a Sales and Marketing Specialist for print and media firm, is the founder and president of Twin Rivers Life Coaching (Certified Life Coach), umpires a softball league (Certified ASA Umpire), leads a monthly Bible study at a senior retirement center and previously served a two-year term as a vocational associate pastor in a local church. Pastor Joe and Laura have a ³real world² blended family that includes 2 daughters, one son-in-law, one son, 3 grandsons and another on the way! From Pastor Joe... "For many years I have seen lives truly transformed by The Road Adventure experience and that is why I am honored to serve on the Board. I love serving God, I love my family and I love to help people grow by discovering who they really are and what they really want out of life. Laura and I enjoy a blessed life with a beautiful family. We continue to minister together and we love to ride our Harley!" |

Debbie Orand has served in the area of Development for the non-profit world since 2001. She is currently with KCBI 90.9 FM, but has also served with Criswell College, and HCJB Global. Before that she spent fourteen years in the corporate world with American Express Business Travel, where she received the Chairman’s Award for Quality. Active in her local church she is a supportive mom to two young adults, Zach and Kayla. She has a passion and special place in her heart for The Road Adventure. From Debbie... “It's an honor to give back even a portion of what The Road Adventure has given me and my family. I'm blessed to know and live my purpose, and use my gifts and abilities in service to God. I love helping others and see them find hope and healing on the adventure of a lifetime!" |
